Salami Sampler Box
Our popular salumi sampler pack consisting of four dry-cured, ready-to-eat Spanish style salumis made from acorn-fed heritage pork. Each salami is hand crafted then aged for 45 days to develop complex delicious flavors and a delicate melt in your mouth texture. The box includes one of each of the following flavors or can be customized by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org to include the combination of your choosing.
- Salchichón: salt and coarse black pepper.
- Chorizo: mild Pimentón de La Vera, garlic and white wine.
- Fuet: garlic and coarse black pepper.
- Longaniza: garlic, oregano and coarse black pepper.
Best if stored refrigerated, sliced thinly and served at room temperature.
