Fuet is a Spanish style salami from the Catalan region using a simple combination of garlic and coarse black pepper. Our fuet is handmade using natural casings and added mold cultures to provide consistent drying and flavor development. We highly recommend slicing it thinly and enjoying it with cheese or crackers and a rich red wine!
