Chorizo is certainly the most well-known of the Spanish salamis in the United States. It has an excellent flavor accented with traditional Pimentón de La Vera, a bit of garlic and white wine. This is our mild or dulce version that packs in all the flavor without any added heat. As with all of our charcuterie, it’s delicious with cheese or crackers or alternatively chorizo is the best salami to cook with. It is wonderful in soups, paired with mussels or in paella – we can’t pick just one favorite way to cook it!
