This chili recipe is so simple, but yet packed full of flavor. And it’s easy to double the recipe to feed a crowd or ensure you have leftovers! I like to top a big bowl with shredded pepper jack that melts into it. You could also serve it over rice or to make a chili dog. It’s also perfect on top of nachos or french fries. There are more possibilities with this dish than ingredients in it!

Ingredients:

1 pound Walden Hill ground pork

1 medium onion – diced

1 package spicy chili seasoning mix

1 can (14oz) Chili Beans

1 can (14.5 oz) Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilis

Directions:

Place ground meat and diced onion in Medium sized sauté pan or dutch oven over low-medium heat and stir frequently until meat is brown and onion is translucent.

Add beans, tomatoes and seasoning blend and stir until mixed together.

Simmer on low for 10 minutes to allow flavors to blend together.

It’s that simple! Enjoy!
