Today – The 2015 Flying Pig Roast is here and the pork is ready to fall off the bone! Support The Institute Library and enjoy a whole hog pig roast cooked by the talented Jack Hitt. From 3pm to 6pm this afternoon on the New Haven/Hamden line, we’ll be drinking beer from Black Hog Brewery and feasting on a Walden Hill hog that’s been smoking all day.
