Since the beginning, we’ve always felt a strong affinity towards Whistle Pig Whiskey not just because of the name, but also because like us they are a New England company focused on good farming and high quality. So we’re thrilled to be joining them on Thursday, September 14th, at one of our favorite restaurants Oak Haven Table and Bar – voted Best Farm to Table Menu in New Haven – for what will surely be a delicious event. From 7-10pm, come enjoy several delicious whiskeys all paired with tapas featuring our pork and have the opportunity to ask questions about both. The menu from Chef Kevin at Oak Haven looks delectable from house-made charcuterie and pasta to chocolate covered bacon, we’re getting hungry just thinking about it. And the whiskey pairings sound just as good as it includes The Black Prince that many have called the best whiskey in the world!
