Walden Hill Acorn Pork Loin Acorn Flour Oink Dinner

The chefs at Oink are popping up all around New England and we’re excited they’ll be cooking up our Acorn Pork when they do. At the last event they created the incredible dish in the photo above – not only did it have Acorn Pork in it, but they used Acorn Flour in the polenta to make it the most Walden Hill dish we’ve ever had! Not surprisingly, it was delicious and cannot wait for this combination to be more common. It’s safe to say with Oink you can count on both creativity and impeccable flavor, so we hope to see you at one of these events!
